So disappointed with my machine. Leaked chronically and LG refused to send parts to fix after three failed service calls by factory authorized technicians.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I purchased this 3 years ago because I had a similar LG model for several years and never had a problem. So far no problems with this one. The only thing I dont like about this one is that I really should have a pedestal to make it easier to unload--it takes quite a bend and reach to get all of the items out. Does a wonderful job though.

I will stick with a washboard and a washtub instead of having this machine boil my clothes. A repair person already fixed it to make sure the hoses or wires werent crossed. Its still shooting hot water even if we select the cold setting I will update this review if anything changes. Otherwise run

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.We Bought this Washer and matching dryer.
Did not want too many electronics to add to possible issues.
Would like to have more dryer options that can be adjusted Manual changes are not available on all wash cycles.
Maybe update the customer manuals

Used this washer a few times and it leaks on the floor.
In working with LG it took 2.5 hours to talk to someone as to why and found out it was installed wrong
